"The view from our room was spectacular of the waterfall. Sat out on balcony each morning and evening enjoying the view. The Hillcrest is walking distance to town but is on a very steep hill They have Tuk Tuk available for rides into town. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was provided. "

Our room was spacious and beautifully designed, featuring stunning high ceilings and a fantastic balcony with a breathtaking view. Although our stay was short, we wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the hotel's charm and hospitality. The location was also perfect—peaceful yet conveniently close to town, making it easy to explore the local sights, restaurants, and beaches. When I got to the property, I felt like “I don’t even need to go hiking, this view beats anything I could hike to.” You can literally see and hear a waterfall from the balcony! Super nice staff, good food, including a particularly nice breakfast spread. A little bit of a pain to hike up there from town, but doable in 10 minutes or a very short tuktuk. Room was perfectly good. Only quibble was that the walls (even though it was clear they had been padded) were very thin."
