"チェックイン時に既にエアコンを適温でセットしていてくれて嬉しかったです。室内も綺麗で掲示物も見易く親切でした。６人家族でも余裕なテーブルが大きく椅子もたくさんあって助かりました。部屋がサウナ付きで最高です。そして屋根裏で寝れる、なんか秘密基地感があって童心に還ることができました！価格もリーズナブルでオススメできます。駐車スペースもあるのが良い。周辺施設が繁華街より離れているのが少し残念ではありますが、総合的に見ても星５です！"

"周辺に公園などもあり良かったです。きちんと清掃されていました。建物の匂いが少し気になりました。アメニティについては、部屋のお風呂にはコンディショナーしか用意されていませんでした。大浴場もシャンプーとボディソープだけだったので洗顔やクレンジングもあったら良かったと思います！"

"Such a nice place. Newly renovated, is exactly what the pictures show. We stayed in the studio apartment. Comfortable and warm. They have a restaurant downstairs which is amazing."

"The room was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was good. Unfortunately the breakfast rooms were at least 500 metres away, I was in the South wing and all the breakfast places were in the North wing. Because the hotel is so huge with many different levels and many special areas it was initially difficult to actually find the breakfast rooms. On my last day the breakfast was not available because the South wing closed the day before I left. Pretty...

"A very good hotel with friendly service staff. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, but the problem is that the coating in the frying pan in the kitchen has been damaged for a long time. It was discovered last time but it seems that it has not been replaced, so I dare not use it. I hope it can be improved in the future。"

"Amazing stay. The entire family down to my toddler absolutely loved their stay. Room was tastefully designed and extrmeely comfortable. Kids play room was a must visit daily. Breakfast waa a sumptuous spread. "

Nice stay

"Great hotel with a nice breakfast buffet. Went during the off season so was good value and very quiet. Staff super friendly. Some facilities seem a bit dated and bathrooms are the typical Japanese plastic-y bathroom, which wasn’t expected for the Hilton. But still recommend it! Onsen has two pools, and the outdoor pool has a great view. Was surprised there wasn’t an outdoor pool. Definitely better onsens in Hokkaido, though still nice to have the option."
