LARGE room, bathtub! LOTS of amenities e.g. all the toiletries, bath salts, pajamas to use each night, turn down with water and chocolate. welcome sweets.
GREAT service. breakfast buffet was good but not as extensive as four seasons. Japanese breakfast was the same each day, though extensive!
location: quiet, beautiful grounds, great views. close to subway. though not close to anything interesting e.g. shopping etc. though walkable to imperial palace

I expected a lot more and was very disappointed. I even had to pay extra to upgrade my room that was so tiny for my son and I I had no other choice. I paid way too much for this hotel.

Whole staff from registration, housekeeping, and breakfast staff was excellent. Everyone was professional and kind. The whole property was well manicured, and very clean. Train station less than 5 minute walk to your Tokyo adventure.

"The building looks cool outside and theres a bus available at 6am that goes to Narita. Skybar is really good. They have a transparent elevator. Rooms are very old, like hospital and it smells like pee. No receptionist to answer you in the morning."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! First off, the hotel itself is beautiful and our view... wow, our view was gorgeous especially after arriving at night after a long long overseas flight. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It was close to the train station and 7-11 (love!!!) yet quiet ..."
