"Traveling from the San Juan z island to our hometown is a 6 hour venture. It was a real treat to stay at in our hometown high tower. It was amazing. Until we woke up to shower for an event and there was no hot water as the boiler had been, somehow, tripped. The hosts were gracious enough to offer us another room. Instead, we took the ice cold, invigorating, shower and had hot water by mid afternoon. Otherwise, it was fantastic!"

"It was wonderful! Catelin and Raul both were outstanding! Catelin helped me with my confusion in the dates I reserved. Raul worked so hard to find some aspirin for my wife as well as get us an extra blanket! So grateful for both of them! The ONLY thing that wasn’t ideal for me was that the window by our sink was still pretty bright at night, even with the curtain down. I like total darkness when I go to sleep, and the light was pretty was pretty significant from that area of the room."
