"Convenient location. Friendly staff. Spacious quarters. Could use some maintenance on the exterior and my son's bed down stairs wasn't very comfortable. Mine upstairs was good. Did enjoy the quirkiness of it"

Ruakiri bush walk and cave tour was quite fantastic

a very snotty young girl at the reception area of Ruakuri cave really put us off. She should not be dealing with the general public. We left without touring the cave because of her attitude ☹️.

We went on the Spellbound cave tours and it was excellent!!! I really enjoyed it and it was with smaller groups and not crowded.
