The house was tidy, had an excellent layout, and was well appointed with utensils, appliances etc. Being right beside a right of way to the beach is a real plus with kids, and there’s no excuse for not going for a morning walk! But thanks to the owner and Homeaway who pulled through in at the last minute I was able to relax. The Batch is beautiful, location is prime easily accessable to the Mount and Tauranga. The beach on your doorstep and the deck just made everything. Thank you so much for making my weekend."
