"This was a tidy and well appointed basement 2 bedroom unit. The layout is a little unusual but it worked well. It was very clean, well presented and in a nice location. Has a very new feel to it. Communication with the property manager was excellent. "

"We arrived at night, and the unit was welcoming and warm. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Can i suggest some new pillows please? While the pillow cases and protective covers were good, the pillows themselves had seen better days and were flat and/or a bit lumpy in one instance. I would also suggest the tatty plastic table cloth be updated. Thank you for having us, your unit was just right for the three of us. Kind regards, Kaylene Young"

"A great location - could see the Taupo sign from our balcony! It was such a cool little place and had a really spacious living area. We were very happy with our stay ☺️ I wouldn’t recommend for young children/babies that are crawling/ just walking however and there are steep stairs with no door/gate."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was amazing! Extremely secure with locked gate. An added extra to have a garage and locked swimming pool. The place was fantastic! Lovely and clean, modern and beautiful view. Not great if you don't like stairs. A chopping board and more flannels would have been good. Otherwise an extremely pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend!"

"We have stayed a few times at Quest Taupo and it is always good. Very easy parking even in a large vehicle and clean tidy rooms. The bed was a little uncomfortable however that is personal preference. Good location, can walk into town or to the lake fairly easily and once it is warmer im sure the pool is nice too. Will stay again as great value for money "
