"Great little place to stay and so close to the amazing beach!!!! We had a little unit with a bunny bed and double bed. Little microwave and a little “ island” tha theme dishes,kettle. Etc…. The brash was steps away. And behind the hotel/ park is a really really good restaurant so there was no need ..."

"The bath was absolutely stunning!!—easily one of the highlights of the trip, was also surprised by hot water for tea, the crackers on the table, hummus AND with the Whitakers chocy bar in the fridgeThere was plenty of space to stretch out and relax, both inside and out, with thoughtful design touches ..."

Comfortable and well located
"Although the NZ weather was not welcoming, the Barefoot Cottage made up for it. It is ideal for a couple, clean, tidy and an excellent view of the ocean. An easy walk to the nearby cafe and beach (if only it was beach weather). We would definitely stay there again."
