"Receptionist immediately sorted different room for us as one of us has mobility problems. There is no lift. Staff in general are outstanding, as mentioned in other reviews. Special mention of Lennon in the bar who on a very busy night (there was a birthday party being held in annex) who was so efficient and pleasant. We were there for a couple of nights visiting family. Will definitely be back."
