There were 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, and a slide (adults can slide also lol) A tiki bar with food, drinks and dessert. The Resort had a restaurant, a starbucks and a gift shop. The parking lot was a bit of a walk from the actual resort but they did offer Valet parking. The room was clean (with a/c). Bob was very responsive before our trip and the room was perfect when we arrived. The Outrigger property was very nice- clean and inviting. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was very good. We did not eat on site except for one breakfast and coffee at the cafe. My only frustration was the lack of chairs available at the pool. If...

"The location of Islander on the Beach was perfect! 15 minutes north of the airport. Right in the middle of the island. Heading North to Hanalei was a 50min drive and heading south to Waimea was roughly 50minutes. The resort was clean and beautiful. The pool/jacuzzi area was just as nice and the pool bar was the cherry on top. Our room was a studio room over looking the ocean. Going to sleep with the waves was so relaxing. "The property owner/manager has done any communication, checkin was very difficult since no one could get in touch with property manager. Incorrect room position, we booked ocean front and it was given other side with no view. We have to clean our own trash, really after paying more money than regular hotel. We checked the actual resort correct rates and they were 30% less with absolutely no service. I would recommend everyone not to use this service. Very unhappy and no communication. We were...
