Very well located from two very cute towns: Boscastle and Tintangel, with the coastal walk literally in front of the house. "We had an enjoyable stay. Location is great with driving access to many areas. Everything works well. Bed is semi comfortable compared to most but ok. Self contained and spacious. "A lovely peaceful week at flat 5 Seapoint. The flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Simon, the owner who lives behind the property, greeted us on our first day, he was very friendly and had left us lots of treats (thank you Simon). We didn't venture too far from the flat, but did have lunch at Pilchards restaurant in Port Gaverne, it's a tapas place, a bit pricey but nice. The flat is newly renovated and has everything you need for a week away from home. "

"Lovely quiet apartment set back from the road with super private enclosed garden and hot tub. We loved exploring the local beaches and restaurants, bodyboarding at polzeath was great even in early October. Hugh was a great host with good communication and support. "Nice place and nice surroundings. Well positioned for the south east corner of Cornwall. It's not often you go away these days to a self catering cottage and don't get a welcome pack. Even if it's just a pint of milk. But not here. Also, free access to Wi-Fi is now pretty standard, but again not here. A couple of small things that could have made it perfect. "

"The property doesn't look like much from the front/outside, but really suited our stay. The folding doors which open on to the deck area give the living area a real European feel. The main drawback is the price and the lack of parking. There is one dedicated parking space - in the garage which fits a Fiat 500 but not much more. We were lucky as we were able to use a parking space belonging to a nearby house for both weeks. The house is very well situated for the beach, literally 5 minutes...
