"Expedia never supplied access to the property, even after multiple calls. Property manager was no where to be found. Expedia call center didn't help or find me and my guest another place to stay, even though they said the would. I found another place to stay on my own for double what I paid Expedia. Sadly, Expedia never offered to pay for it nor have they refunded my money for the original reservation they didn't fulfill. "

"Really enjoyed the scenic rural country stay! This is a special part of the island. Short walk to Waipio valley lookout and short drive into historic Honakaa. The hosts were very welcoming and the fresh fruit from their garden was an exceptional treat. I loved the dogs, cats, and farmlife all around. A truly unique stay. "Nothing but superlatives for this jewel of a condo. Spacious, immaculate, comfy bed, well laid out, fluffy towels, big bathrooms. Two large TVs with reliable cable. A stacked washer and dryer. Quiet. A lovely view of the mountains. Easy parking. The kitchen has every convenience you might need from an ample supply of plastic wrap and foil to a rice cooker. "This room is unlike the rest of the resort. I switched rooms part way through my stay (conference booking) and was sorry to leave such a luxurious room. It was one of the nicest resort rooms I have ever stayed in . The kids loved the stay and were constantly entrigued with their surroundings. Property manager was excellent. Not a single issue.
