It is a city, not small town Hawaii
It is a nice quiet town a little out of the way but nice and safe.
Very frienfly people. It was very easy to access many places without excessive traffic
The whole city feels sketchy. Industrial, densely populated, no parking, loitering drug addicts, homelessness with mental illness, EW!
It was a very unique experience , I am planning to go again
