Newly Renovated Top Floor Luxury Waikoloa Beach Villa F32, Fairway Views!!

Our beautiful gated villa overlooking the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course 3rd and 4th green and the King’s Lake, is our favorite place to vacation and we are confident you will find it the perfect place for your Hawaiian holiday.

We are a short walk to Anaeho’omalu Bay beach where you can snorkel, paddleboard or just catch some sun (and we have always seen at least one sea turtle cruising around). The complex is in the best location of the entire Waikoloa Beach Resort, within easy walking distance to the King’s Shops, and the Queen’s Marketplace, which both offer dining and shopping opportunities.

Our newly renovated luxury villa is a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a bbq kitchen on lanai. Remodel includes new carpet, appliances, beds, furniture and amazing artwork. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for your stay. Dining table sits 6 guests comfortably and also 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar counter. The living room has a big screen tv, new blinds and a queen sleeper sofa. Master bedroom has a king bed and full bath on suite. Guest bedroom has a queen bed, and a full bathroom located next to it. The lanai has a brand new bbq with seating for 4.

To complete your stay, we also include beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, boogie boards, and a cooler bag for your excursions outside of your vacation home. The complex has a fitness room, two beautiful tropical heated pools and spas for your enjoyment.

SPECIAL – Spend the day at the Hilton Waikoloa Village, you can buy a discounted DAY PASS to the pool/waterslide or relax at the spa with a SPA PASS. More info will be provided upon booking with us.

Perfect vacation spot!

Great quality and very new/clean

We stay in the area quite often, and have done so for years. This was by far the nicest 2 bedroom unit we’ve seen anywhere near Queens/Kings Markets.

Wonderful apartment

This apartment was perfect for us. Very clean and very tastefully decorated and furnished furnished. It was excelptional in that it was well stocked with basics such as salt and spices as well as detergent and cleaning supplies.Also, it was very well equipped with all necessary tools, toaster, coffeemaker, juicer and pots and pans, tableware and dishes. In addition there was beach supplies, cooler, towels and suft boards.An excellent renting option.We enjoyed the location and privacy of the apartment and would love to rent this apartment again at some other time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is newly remodeled and gorgeous! Fully stocked kitchen and all the paper supplies we needed. We spent most of our time on the lanai where we saw beautiful sunsets. Easy walk to queens market and petroglyphs. We didn’t walk to the beach as we always dragged so much gear. It was a bit of a hike there. Very convenient to everything with a car. The only complaint would be we had to go behind the garage or the back door to open it as the code box didn’t work.
