'Palekaiko' our Hawaiian Paradise! Beautiful Golf & Mountain Views

The comforts of home in a resort like setting with endless views! From the front, this beautiful townhome style condo overlooks the vast mountainside and turn 180 degrees and you can sit on the back Lanai and watch golfers tee off at the second hole of the Waikoloa Village Golf Course.

This condo is ideally centrally located in the comfortable community of Waikoloa Village. Check the temperature and almost daily you can expect a comfortable high of 82 degrees, while only being 10 miles from the Big Islands most beautiful beaches such as A-Bay, Hapuna, Mauna Kea and Spencer beach to name a few. Also within a 10 minute drive you can be at some of the best resorts on the Island which include shopping and restaurants. You will enjoy The Kings Shops, Queens Marketplace, and The Shops at the Mauna Lani. Waikoloa Village is also 25 minutes from the Kona Airport and about 30 minutes to Kona.

The grounds at the greens include a recreation area with tennis courts, ping pong, workout room, swimming pool, kiddie pool, Jacuzzi and community barbecues. A short 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive you will find yourself at the Waikoloa Village Center which includes some quick take out restaurants, a nice community grocery store, and a few sit down restaurants, gas station, and bank amongst other things.

The condo is a beautifully island themed townhouse style condominium which will get you in the Hawaiian Spirit. The 1100 square foot end unit has endless windows giving it a very comfortable and open feel. From the outside you will walk up a 10-12 stairs to the second floor main entry. The main floor includes a nicely stocked kitchen including stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. The floor also has a dining room table and chairs as well as the family room which includes a celling fan, sleeper sofa, coffee tables, lamps, comfy chair, flat screen 50 inch TV with standard cable, Wireless High Speed Cable Internet, DVD Player, Games, Books, and Lots of Movies for you to enjoy! This floor also includes a large lanai with a small table and chairs for you to enjoy the outside.

The upstairs includes 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a LG Washer and Dryer. Both bedrooms are newly furnished, the Master bedroom includes a ceiling fan, flat screen 32 inch TV with standard cable, dresser, closet, CAL KING SIZE Bed, with a great view of the golf course. The Master bedroom also has a full bathroom connected with shower / tub combo. The guest bedroom is also newly furnished with a Queen Sized bed and ceiling fan and has a nice view of the mountainside. The second bathroom is also on the second floor and is a full ¾ bath with shower.

The unit DOES NOT have Air Conditioning, but as mentioned above, lots of ceiling fans, and sliders with screen doors to keep cool. The unit is a end unit bordering Waikoloa Drive, so there is road noise during busy times during the day. We are definitely not a 5 star resort, value for the money is what we offer. Well stocked and super clean! Excellent maintenance by owners. Property manager was extremely helpful and kind. As seniors, we should have used due diligence about the steps going up to property and that the bathrooms were both on second level. Would highly recommend this property.

Great location
The property was in a perfect location to be able to travel the island and enjoy everything the big island offered. There was great amenities including a communal BBQ that we used daily. The unit did not have AC, but that was not a draw back as with the location being a bit more windy the unit stayed cool for us. We would highly recommend this property to everyone.

It was a great condo located at the end of The Complex convenient for local hiking shopping and beaches. What you miss in modern Decor and design, this place makes up for with Beach gear and extra supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. Very friendly owner communication and very helpful.

We loved staying here! It is a perfect spot to explore big island from. The suite was very clean, well provisioned with beach chairs, umbrella, snorkels, towels, etc. We lucked out on Mauna Loa erupting while we were there and we loved the views from the balcony of the lava glow at night (safely far in the distance)! Thank you to Josh for being such a great host!

Mostly enjoyed our stay except for the really uncomfortable beds. We had to purchase a foam pad for Queen and a blow up bed for those sleeping in King. Also very noisy due to such close proximity to road. Otherwise great location to travel to other areas of Island.

Tired property that is desperate for an update.
You get what you pay for with this rental. New construction across the road will result in even more noise. The mattresses are ancient and hard. The bathroom towels are so threadbare you can see through them. Adding AC like the neighbors would help.

Convenient and Comfortable
This condo was a great place to stay a little away from the busy Waikoloa beach area. We enjoyed relaxing in the quiet condo area and visiting the different beaches during the day. This condo doesn't have A/C but wasn't much of an issue since we were out and about during the day. There's also a shopping center with a grocery store, coffee place and restaurants right on the other side of the golf course.

Nice place, great location
Very nice and spacious place, with everything you may need. It is right on the fairway - 2nd tee. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The location was convenient to nice beaches and places we wanted to explore. Facilities pool and court area was well kept and a nice bonus. I would stay here again.

Overall it was a great location and I was allowed to use whatever, I found in the house. I liked that the property manager responded quickly to questions I had. They had beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and coolers I could take to the beach. It was literally like you were at home. The only complain is that bed in one of the rooms was very squeaky. It was so noisy, it woke you up. The closets were full of stuff that it was difficult to put your own things away.

This condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of space and supplies (including everything you need for the beach), and the location is great with convenient access to Waikoloa Village. The family loved the easy access to the pool, hot tub, and game room.

Second stay
Third stay at this resort, second at this condo. Enjoyed the second stay as much as the first. Noticed new carpet had been installed. Well equipped, comfortable, nice pool, enjoyed turkey and nene visits. Walk to grocery store and restaurants. Possible negatives for others -right next to road; town goes to work at 5am and traffic noise could be bothersome if you have windows open. Golf tee area is right below lanai. New shopping center across the street, Waikoloa Plaza, is not yet open but will eventually bring a second grocery store and more restaurants.
