This villa offers:

-Ground floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa with no steps

-New AC installed in July 2022

-Free garage parking

-Freshly renovated swimming pool as of August 2022 within few steps away

-Beach gear in the garage (see the picture)

-Two working desks with 500 Mbps internet speed

-5-minute walking distance to Queens Market Place with Kings Shop's, luxury cinema theater, restaurants, local shops and boutiques

-10-minute walking distance to Anaeho'omalu Beach (A-Bay) with Lava Lava restaurant, great swimming, and snorkeling with turtles

-Close to resort hotels and two world class golf courses, hiking trails, petroglyphs and a myriad of other beach destinations

**Please note that we have replaced the old A/C compressor with a brand new A/C compressor in our unit and to please disregard the review from Vallen regarding the A/C not working.

The Big Island of Hawaii seems determined to break the norm; the stereotype of the average tropical island, that is. Here you'll find the ongoing battle between green forests, black lava fields, the ocean, the rain and sunny days almost incomprehensible; the diversity is simply stunning. With that being said from time to time insects can be present outdoors and sometimes make their way indoors due to our tropical climate here in Hawaii. We share this information with you folks because we understand insects can be something to be fearful about or can be somewhat of a nuisance to some individuals. We would like to rest assured that we do schedule pest control services in our very tight schedule & do the maximum recommended to not harm people in the house/Condo which is once a month), but it's one of the few cons of tropical weather. Please know we go above and beyond for all of our guests and make sure to provide standard maintenance for extra comfort and an enjoyable time when staying with us here in Hawaii.

    Great location. Easy walk to Kings and Queen markets and Lava Lava Sunsets. Safe 3 mile exercise loop. Quiet even over New Years. Beds comfortable. AC lowest setting 70- works well. Parking garage spot stores chairs, umbrella boogie boards. Beach towels provided. Cooking pans/utensils sparse.Grill super clean and convenient..

    Wonderful home base for island adventures.
    Spacious and comfortable. We did not spend much time in the home, but it was very conveniently located for our island adventures. Having a washer and dryer and comfortable beds and bathrooms was so nice at yhe end of a busy day. My only regret was not have a few more days to hang out and relax in the area.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love it that there are stores just a few min walk away from the house. It’s also close to the pool. Beach gears are there in the garage. We prefer staying here instead of the busy Kona area, but close enough to stop by Kona whenever we like.

    Excellent accommodation and location. Across the street from the Queens shopping area. We had four adults and three teenagers. Plenty of space for all of us. Loved being close to the pool.

    Paradise vacation in every way.
    Perfect location. Beautiful condo. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Pool just steps from the back patio. Family friendly. Great amenities! Would love to come back. However the bed linens are very lacking. The pillows are well used and uncomfortable . The upstairs guest bed is very creaky. Bigger guest beds would be much better. Or one room with xl twins. Apart from the beds everything was great!!

    beautiful house & great pool & beach access
    We loved staying at this property - it was comfortable for our immediate family and grandparents. The pool was great and a perfect temperature to soak for hours. the beach was just a 15 min walk away but on a hot day it was easier to drive and parking was free at the Lava Beach Club. The shops nearby were great including the market for ready to go food. We had stayed on the other side of the island and liked being with a local community outside of closed communities. However, we welcomed the comforts of pool and shops nearby with our little kids and to truly relax. We'd stay here again!

    The property at Waikoloa beach villas was perfect. Very spacious, nicely decorated, very well-stocked, and Great proximity to shopping, grocery store, beach.Management was extremely responsive. We couldn’t have had a better stay and would come back again and again.
