This condo is located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Welcome to our 2 bedroom / 2 bath Hawaiian retreat at the beautifully landscaped Vista Waikoloa within the Waikoloa Beach Resort area. Located in a peaceful and relaxing gated community, our condo is situated on the ground floor near the 4th green of the Waikoloa Golf Course and is located just minutes away from the beach, shopping, golf, and many other fun activities.

Historic Aenaehoomalu (A-bay) beach and the public swimming lagoon at the Hilton are within walking distance. While 49 Black Sand Beach and Hapuna Beach are both less than a 20 minute drive away.

The Queen's Shops (an outdoor shopping mall) and the King's Court (additional shopping, including a grocery store) are located within walking distance; with restaurants at both locations.

Our light and open living area has a lovely tranquil view across the open space of the golf course to the mountains beyond. Slide open the patio doors and the living space extends onto the generous 354 square foot outdoor wrap around lanai which is surrounded by lush tropical vegetation.

We also provide items for a great day at the beach: towels, chairs, snorkeling equipment and boogie boards, are available for your use.

Wonderful trip!
Everything about this condo was lovely! Newly renovated, immaculately clean, conveniently near beach access and shops, quiet neighborhood. Property manager was extremely quick to respond to me. We will definitely look into staying here again next time we visit Waikoloa.

Wonderful Condo in a Great Location!
This is a great condo! It seems to have been updated / remodeled not too long ago. Everything is very current. AC and WiFi were excellent. Laundry machine was very convenient. The condo was well stocked with everything you might need except for food. All the spices, pots, pans, dishes, cups, utensils, towels, beach things, flashlights, bug spray, sunblock, etc. This place had it all! What I really liked was the location. It is just minutes from the Kings and Queens shopping areas. You can walk to the Kings shopping area from the back door over the golf course in just 2 or 3 minutes. Super close! Joe, the property manager, was also very responsive by text. Everything was fantastic!

Great Location
I loved the travel books they had in the home since it helped us decide on what we were going to go see while we were there. Everything was updated and just like you see in the photo's. The temp is set at 72 degrees which is on the warm side for us, but with all the ceiling fans it worked out fine. Close to the stores and only 20 min from one of the nicest beaches in the world!

I stayed at the condo for almost two months and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The condo is very clean and comes equipped with everything you would ever need. Great location, great condo!
This was my first time to Waikaloa and it was so wonderful! The location of this condo is great. It’s only about 3/4 mile to the swimming beach. It was well stocked and we really enjoyed our stay. Only recommendation is to swap out the sunscreen for reef safe stuff. :) But honestly the pictures do not do it justice. Loved it and can’t wait to go back.

Spacious & Well-stocked Kohala Coast Condo
This large two bedroom condo was the perfect place to stay on the Kohala Coast! It had everything we needed, including an excellent selection of beach gear. Having breakfast outside on the lanai, waiting for the sun to peek over the volcano, is the best way to start a morning! The pool area was lovely, too. The area was very quiet, which we appreciated.

Great Hawaiian Stay
The rental was great and was in a great location.. It was located within walking distance to the Kings and Queens Marketplace. There was even a shortcut to get there. The rental was extremely clean and the decorations and furnishings were very nice. The checkin process was very smooth and we had no issues with the unit.

Beautiful property!
We stayed for two weeks and this property was perfect for us. They've obviously renovated recently and the condo has been beautifully furnished. We were able to walk to A beach and the shops and my kids really loved the swimming pool. Joe was easy to communicate with and texted directions before our stay. Thank you! We had a wonderful trip!

Beautiful Condo!
We were very impressed with this condo! The pictures do not do it justice! Loved the design & aesthetics. Loved how rooms & windows could be closed up with panels for privacy or opened for tons of natural light. The Vista Waikoloa condo complex was very quiet. We used the pool several times and really enjoyed it - was never crowded. We did walk to A Bay the day we arrived and decided it was not a walk we’d want to do carrying beach equipment, so we always drove to the beach.

Great place!
I took my 17 year old daughter and 2 of her friends for a week. The condo was really nice, it had lots of natural light and it was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and my questions were answer promptly by the property manager. The location was great! We would definitely stay there again!

This condo is beautiful, inside and out! The setting on the golf course is so peaceful and quiet. We walked in and were wowed - it's even better than the pictures! Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and central a/c all great features. Quick walk to A bay and easy drive to all beaches/activities on Kohala Coast. Would love to stay again. Mahalo!

Fabulous Waikoloa Vacation
We had a great 3 week vacation staying in this room. We always stay at Vista Waikoloa but this was the first time in this room. Very thoughtfully stocked with spices, dishes/silverware and nice pots/pans. Really nicely decorated and furnished throughout!! Joe was available instantly for any question we had. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!!

Beautiful condo, poor interaction with host
We enjoyed the location, comfortable decor, and amenities in this unit. We have stayed in many of the Vista units over the past 18 years. The host texted us a few hours after we had unpacked, which included trithalon gear, (so our belongings were a little bit complicated) and asked us if he could take all the master bedroom furniture out in 2 days and replace it with new furniture. We said yes even though we had just gotten settled. When we returned after the new furniture was in place we immediately noticed a very potent "finish" smell. We set up the all the fans available and opened all the doors and windows. The smell was still too strong to sleep in the bedroom that night. We slept on the couch in the living room. We contacted the host late afternoon the day of deivery, and he texted "There was no smell from the new wood furniture when it delivered today. I have no idea what you could be talking about." I said he was welcome to come and check out what we were experiencing. Later that evening we arrived back at the unit after having dinner with friends. Before we even opened the front door all 3 of the friends remarked about the strong odor coming from the condo. I asked what compensation we could expect from the host. His reply was "You can check out and I will refund the rest of your stay." This was received in the evening, of course we couldn't move to another place. We felt that this response was rude and basically calling us liars.

Great location for beach & shops, modern home, beautiful views
Joe made the check-in process easy. This home is modern with beautiful decor, tile bathrooms, and modern appliances. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. They had every amenity you could think of (coolers, games for the kids, every item for a kitchen you would need, beach gear, and many beach towels). It has a beautiful view of the golf course and east walk to the beach, shops and food. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location
The golf course view from the lanai was very relaxing. Walking distance was short for Dolphin Quest, King's Shops, ABay beach, Queen's Marketplace and more. Property Manager answered emails promptly. Very enjoyable stay.
