Our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom two-story condo offers guests two lanais and a two-story great room with vaulted ceilings and southerly exposure for amazing sunlight, great gatherings and timeless memories.
The unit has fantastic wi-fi speed (270 MBS) so you can either work-from-paradise or stream videos as you please.
There is a brand new BBQ grill outside to complement the fully-stocked kitchen, which includes a Nespresso machine and Vitamix mixer.
If you choose to eat out, there are countless dining options nearby. We also provide a Travel Guide in the condo and a link to it when you book your stay.
Guests will also enjoy all the resort amenities of Hali'i Kai. Please note that Hali'i Kai collects a resort fee of $25.00 + tax per day for each reservation (not per person).
Guests must register and pay the resort fee directly at the front Desk at Hali'i Kai upon arrival (or the next morning if your arrival is after 5pm).
As a guest, you are also required to provide a credit card with a $100 hold for the Guest Cards. The amount is returned to you upon returning the cards.
The pool area was recently rebuilt with resort-level pools, lounge chairs, and a sand-bottom hot tub. There is also a spa, a gorgeous fitness area overlooking the ocean, and a full-service restaurant & bar.
Back in the unit, there is one bedroom on the main floor, and two more upstairs.
The first floor bedroom features a queen bed with a full bathroom in the hallway outside.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king bed, featuring an ensuite bathroom with a deep-soak tub, separate shower, and his and hers sinks.
The second upstairs bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and queen on the bottom, and a twin trundle. It also has a 3/4 bathroom just outside of it.
In addition to the "Ocean Club" amenities mentioned above, there is also a private tennis court and basketball court nearby.
The tennis court is often converted into pickleball courts (which our family loves to play!).
Finally, there is a hammock park in the Coconut Grove just steps from the tennis and basketball courts.
There is also a Beach Closet in the unit that contains lots of beach and sports items for your use and pleasure.
In-unit amenities include central air conditioning, hi-speed WiFi, ceiling fans, a fully-stocked kitchen, a full-sized washer and dryer with laundry soap, and shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers in the bathrooms.

You will have full access to the 3 bed, 2.75 bath condominium, alongside all the amenities included below.

Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out is 10am.
As much as we would like to accommodate early check-in or late check-out, we cannot due to back-to-back bookings. Take advantage of our luggage drop-off for early arrivals.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that we pre-authorize a $500 damage deposit on your method of payment 2 days before your check-out date, that is automatically released 7 days later if there are no damages to the property.
We allow cancellations and offer a 96% (payment less administrative fees incurred by us) refund from the date of booking till 30 days prior to check-in. Cancellations made within 30 and 14 days of check-in are subject to a 50% refund, and reservations cancelled within 14 days of check-in are not entitled to a refund. Please inquire for additional details.
Please respect the following house rules:
1. All guests are required to register at the Castle Resort front office, adjacent to the property entrance. Front office hours are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
2. Parking is only permitted in your assigned stall and any marked visitor parking areas
3. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass or they may be towed
4. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am daily. Failure to observe these hours may result in removal from the property
5. Children must be supervised at all times
6. Do not feed stray cats or nēnē (Native geese)
7. Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vapes, is not permitted anywhere on the property (including lanais and roads, etc.). There are designated smoking areas
8. The use of drones is not permitted anywhere on the Hali’i Kai property
