"The staff were incredibly kind and helpful! We ran into some issues upgrading through Expedia, which initially tried to charge an extra $1,200. However, when I contacted the hotel directly, they were able to assist right away, and the upgrade ended up costing less than half that amount. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with leis and a box of chocolate. Our room had a beautiful sunset view from the balcony and was conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. The beach gear rental attendant also had a great sense of humor, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would stay here again if I find myself in Maui."

"I love the beach area and snorkeling at big rock. The swimming pools were awesome. Watching the sunset from here was beautiful. We had several restaurants in the area to choose from. Parking was easy and convenient. Great location to explore from, close to many options. Not crazy about the shower."

"This was a relaxing vacation for husband and I. As there were a few corporate meetings/events being hosted at hotel..it never consumed areas or staff. The remodeled lobby is beautiful. The suite room was also remodeled and just as stunning. All adults pool is nice and walking path along the beach is spectacular! Our trip was in late April, weather was 75-80. Dining experience at each of the three restaurants was terrific! Many other restaurants near by the staff will assist you with a ride. Looking forward to visiting the property again. Oh, they lent us golf clubs for free! "
