It's a really comfortable place, a short steep walk up Tawa Street, with good access to Little Oneroa for a morning swim or an evening pizza. "I may have missed it in the description, but this property does NOT have air-conditioning. The house was very stuffy and hot when we arrived, but admittedly cooled off nicely at night. Fans were provided and very necessary. The house was nice and clean, but some appliances were in poor condition or not working.
