"We loved having the beautiful green space to enjoy the water view. The condition of the room was not good. Some doors couldn't be locked. Some windows couldn't be opened. We communicated this to the person on staff. She never showed she was very interested in helping. A security guy was there and got involved. No AC so opening doors and windows was important. Person on staff both days we were there seemed to not care at all about our experience and needs. Wouldn't stay there again. "

"This property is beautifully maintained with golf-course-like grass and colorful flowers. The receptionists are all warm and helpful. Location is very conveniently situated between Whaler villages and other beaches. The bathroom shower ceiling was opened and revealed the dusty vents which was not a site I wanted to see but nonetheless the room was clean and tidy! "

"We enjoyed our five days at this property. This one bedroom unit was very well equipped with more than adequate kitchen utensils and paper and laundry supplies. There was a washer/dryer in the unit as well as 2 full bathrooms. The unit was clean. It was generally quiet in the day not, but since our unit was near the front of the property, we were subject to some road noise. However, I think those units located further back into the property were not subject to this noise. Check in was smooth...

"We were originally booked into a studio apartment, but when we got there the roof on that building was under repair causing a lot of noise and debris outside our assigned room. Called to complain and were promptly moved to another building and upgraded to a full apartment. Nice apartment with a great balcony overlooking a beautiful garden. We really appreciated the response to our problem with the first room. "

"Great location and grounds. Loved the cabana. The apartment was spacious but very dated. Lanai was quite dirty. We had to clean it ourselves prior to use. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Really enjoyed having base start up materials especially even laundry detergent. Having an in suite washer drier was wonderful. We would definitely return."

"Condo was well equipped with everything needed. Could use a good cleaning as closet runners/floors, mats, fridge area floor were dirty. Windows older and spaces open to outside. I had contacted the rental agency about a bedroom curtain issue and it was fixed the following day. We enjoyed the location of Maui Vista complex. Beach is close, grocery store close, many restaurants close."

"We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Ideal beach location with chairs provided. We were able to cook meals with the full kitchen, and it is right next door to many restaurants and shops as well. Saw lots of whales from the balcony. Unit was clean with all necessary amentities and felt very updated. Really no complaints for our 5 night stay! We came for our babymoon and loved the proximity to everything. We would love to return. "

"Generally speaking, we had a fabulous time at this property. My husband and I were there for a baby moon, and everything went really smoothly. The concierge booked all of our dinners for us. Everywhere we had food was impeccable. All of the food on the property was impeccable. We did book a Mountain View room, and I will say that being right next to the Pickleball courts is not ideal and we were awoken every morning by the sound of Pickleball at about 730 or the sound of workers who were stripping and painting the hallway outside our room starting at 7:30 in the morning. There was a little sound machine in the room, which was somewhat effective, but certainly not ideal to have an entire construction crew right outside your door at 7:30 in the morning. The smell of paint in the hallways being pregnant was concerning. Over the course of our one week stay my husband killed two separate cockroaches in the bathroom. Maybe this is because we were close to the tennis and Pickleball courts. Regardless outside of those issues it was a fabulous hotel and we had a great day. The service is great. The food is excellent. I would recommend this place to anybody"
