Welcome to our 5-bedroom modern retreat on Oahu's sunny west shore! This is a top/bottom duplex with separate entrances and is rented as a whole home. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and two bedrooms with a third bathroom downstairs. This newly remodeled home is designed for your comfort and convenience, offering a blend of contemporary style and laid-back island living.

Stay cool and comfortable with air conditioning throughout the house, including every bedroom. The open-concept layout creates a seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas, ideal for socializing and spending quality time together. There are TWO KITCHENS, one upstairs and one downstairs, for the convenience of larger groups. You will have the entire duplex home and property to yourself with no shared spaces. Both duplex units have separate entrances.

Please be advised that our property is situated in a neighborhood without a Homeowners Association, which may result in some neighbors having unkempt yards. Additionally, there are occasional homeless encampments on the nearby beach, and the immediate surroundings may not be aesthetically ideal.

However, our home is a newer remodel, securely fenced to provide a private and comfortable space for our guests. The true appeal of this location lies in its convenient proximity to top-rated west side attractions, including beaches like Makaha, Keawaula (Yokohama), Maili, Nanakuli, Kahe (Electric Beach), and Pokai Bay, primarily within a 5-15 minute drive. Furthermore, the renowned Nānākuli Forest Reserve hikes, Hawaiian Princess Resort, Makaha Valley, Ko'Olina Lagoons, and Disney's Aulani Resort are easily accessible.

We pride ourselves on offering an affordable stay for larger groups, featuring two kitchens and a private fenced property, providing guests with proximity to west side attractions without the premium associated with resorts. Additionally, the west side of Oahu is celebrated for its dolphin population, allowing beachgoers to witness these majestic creatures playing in the water offshore. While the immediate surroundings may not be perfect, we believe the high quality of the home offered at reasonable rates make our rental an excellent choice for those seeking a memorable stay on the west side of Oahu.

*The location pin is approximate but not accurate. This property is within walking distance to a rocky beach that is not ideal for swimming. The best beaches are within a 5-15 minute drive.

* Please keep in mind that you are visiting Hawaii countryside where the animals are a regular and important part of life. Ants, roosters, geckos, lizards, and cockroaches live alongside humans here. We will always have a clean and well-kept place for you with routine pest control, but please be advised that little visitors are not uncommon.

Excellent Stay!
We had a great stay! The property was very nice, well maintained, very clean, easy to get to and driveway parking. The property manager was easy to connect with for questions. The location was a little further from Honolulu, so a rental car was a must. But for touring the island, we had a rental car anyways. Food, groceries and gas station very close by. We could hear and see the beach from the balcony. Price for 9 people was very reasonable. Great experience!!

Nice home . New and clean .
Overall home was nice . Néw construction. . Beds were comfortable. House was right in the middle of very questionable neighborhood however . Lots of trash/ abandoned cars on properties next door. We didn’t have any problems but were greeted by a sign warning us not to talk to anyone that approached us as they may be casing the place. Definitely wouldn’t have felt safe walking down the road alone. This property is more affordable than others so as long as you’re ok with neighborhood it’s a good value …

Great place! Short drive to great beaches
The house was great! The neighborhood was quiet aside from a couple dogs in the distance! I would say you have to drive 5 to 10 minutes for beaches because the beach next to the house is used by locals for fishing/camping and we didn't want to disturb since we are just visitors. Overall great place!

Newly built house in questinable neighborhood
As other guest mentioned, this house is in the questionable neighborhood. The beach nearby is occupied with homeless and we feel very dangerous. Don't recommend to walk around the house. The interior was really nice and housing is very clean and new. We had everything we need from condiments to any appliance. Plus side is that you can see the ocean from the balcony. However, we had trouble with the host. When we checked in, host gave us the code for upstairs unit and downstairs code. We believe we dindn't break
