★ SHOE REMOVAL ★
Our backyard is still work in progress with grass. In the mean time the red Hawaii soil can be very sticky. Please remove your shoes before entering the home. We don't want you to incur floor / carpet cleaning fee.
★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★
We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.
★ PARKING★
Max 2 to 3 cars allowed in front of the driveway, and 1 parking is available inside the garage. Roadside parking is available.
★ NO PETS ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
★ ENTERTAINMENT★
You may use Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc. by simply logging in our smart TVs.
★ POOL, FITNESS CENTER★
The Brand New Pool and fitness center will be available for your enjoyment next door to our home in the community center around end of fall of 2023. More details to follow!
★ SECURITY★
There are two exterior security cameras overlooking outwards on each side of the home for your safety. Please let us know if you have any concerns about the cameras. The community also has a 24 hour gated security.

Access the whole house, except for owner's cabinets that are locked. The backyard is a work in progress, but you are welcome to use the space for outdoor activities. Contact us for any concerns.
