We've carefully planned this space to cater to guest expectations. We've thought of everything so you can simply unwind and enjoy your stay to the fullest. The home's location also means that Wagga’s best shops, cafes, and restaurants are a short four-minute drive away. The Wagga Racecourse and RSL Club are both within 1km of the house.
The home boasts four large bedrooms, each furnished with high-quality king beds to ensure a comfortable night's sleep for all guests. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a private ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, and smart TV.
The ground floor also includes 2 adjoined living areas, an open-plan dining room and kitchen area. The dining room has an 8-seater table. Additional seating is available along the breakfast bar. The kitchen has ample bench space for preparing meals and is well-equipped (dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, cookware, cutlery). Connected to the kitchen is a walk-in pantry with a large fridge and additional amenities.
With easy access from the kitchen, the house has a private courtyard with a BBQ and outdoor dining area, perfect for al fresco dining and entertaining under the stars.
The second floor contains three king bedrooms, a second bathroom, and a third living area (with smart TV). The enclosed balcony upstairs is ideal for sipping morning coffee or evening cocktails.
The two modern bathrooms have both a shower and a bath, and we provide quality body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and a hairdryer for guest use. There is a laundry with a washing machine and dryer for use during your stay.
Convenience is key with rear lane access to a private garage, easy parking, and secure vehicle storage. There is also free all-day parking on the street.
The house is equipped with ducted heating and cooling.
Ring doorbell on the front side gate to the front entrance of the property only. Ring doorbell records audio and visual. Ring doorbell is always on.

Do not smoke inside the house or on the premises. Guests who do so will be charged a fee.
Ensure the house is locked and secured whenever you are away from the property.
Turn off lights, air conditioners and heaters when away from the property or checking out.
Noise—Our neighbourhood is close to many residential homes. Our neighbours are very important to us. Guests are asked to keep noise to a respectful level. There is strictly no loud music or noise that may disturb our neighbours.
Early and late checkouts - We can usually arrange a complimentary early check-in and late check-out if arranged in advance. Any unauthorised early check-ins or late checkouts will result in a fee of $10 per 15 min. If your unauthorised late checkout impacts our cleaners or upcoming guests, you will be charged an additional nightly fee of up to two (2) times the average nightly Listing Fee originally paid by you, plus all applicable Guest Fees, Taxes, and any legal expenses incurred to make you leave.
