The home has two levels. On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, the first of two bathrooms, and a double bedroom. The double bedroom overlooks and provides access to the Mediterranean-inspired courtyard.
On the first floor are three bedrooms (a king, a king and two king singles), a loungeroom and a second bathroom. A balcony wraps around the first floor – the balcony will be hard to pull yourself away from. The views are nothing short of magical.
The two newly renovated bathrooms are stunning, exuding elegance and modernity. Every detail has been carefully considered - whether it's a quick morning routine or a relaxing evening soak, the bathrooms offer the perfect retreat and include carefully selected extras (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, straighteners).
The fully equipped kitchen includes top-of-the-line appliances and a functional layout. You can prepare a full family meal without a problem with the range of supplied appliances and utensils. We also supply coffee, sugar, tea, fresh milk, salt, pepper, and cooking oil.
The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, and soaking tub.
You will love unwinding in the sun-filled Mediterranean-style courtyard. A beautiful garden surrounds the home and is just waiting to be explored. For those warm summer days, the sparkling lagoon-style pool will be too tempting to resist. There is an outdoor dining area and a small BBQ available to guests.

The house and gardens are set-up for the exclusive use of guests. There is a locked garage that is not accessible to guests.

During your stay, we ask that you:
Keep all pets outside. We permit pets as we have a lovely secure backyard; however, pets are not permitted to come or stay inside.
Load all used / dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the wash cycle (dishwashing tablets are provided).
Smoke outside (ashtrays are provided)- a fee will be charged for guests who have smoked inside the house.
Keep noise to a minimum
Take the rubbish out to the outdoor bins
Return all items moved during your stay to their original location
Ensure the house is locked and secured whenever you are away from the property
Place used towels in the laundry on departure
Turn off lights, air conditioner and heaters when away from the property or checking out
Noise - our neighbourhood is close to many residential homes. Our neighbours are very important to us. Guests are asked to keep noise to a respectful level.
Any unauthorised early check-ins or late checkouts will result in a fee of $10 per 15 min. If your unauthorised late checkout impacts our cleaners or upcoming guests, you will be charged an additional nightly fee of up to two (2) times the average nightly Listing Fee originally paid by you, plus all applicable Guest Fees, Taxes, and any legal expenses incurred to make you leave.
