Easily Accessible to the Railway, Kapooka Army base for visiting family members on March Outs. In addition to this, coffee shops, restaurants and the French baker are just across the road!

The space
4on Bolton has been recently renovated and freshly painted. My style is a mix of old and new telling my story! I love to collect art and have some super cool piece’s hanging throughout the space. The back garden is new and a “work in progress” in saying so in the warmer months it is peaceful to sit outside and enjoy a relaxing beverage
