Perfectly positioned  close to the city center you'll be within easy reach of some of the best coffee in Wagga, including Trail Street Coffee Shop. Enjoy dinner at nearby restaurants such as Thirsty Crow Brewery, Okami, Giuseppe’s Restaurant and Bar, and one of our favorites, Thaigga.

There are 2 queen size beds and 1 king all fitted with new mattresses and high quality linen.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and ducted evaporative cooling, The bathroom is located near the bedrooms and has an oversized shower
The living area has reverse cycle aircon for the warmer days, and there is a gas heater for the cooler months ensuring comfort whilst watching the smart tv or just sitting around chatting.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to create that perfect meal, or just go out.
The property has been  lovingly  furnished with hand chosen pieces and the art on the walls is a representation of local artists that can be supported at The Little Yellow House Gallery and art Studio in Wagga.

A fantastic backyard with garden framed paths and various fruit trees takes you to a covered area which is great to have a cheese platter and your favourite wine or just a morning coffee.
