3 minutes away is Polzeath renown for its surfing, this villages also has a number of shops including a Spar shop, Post Office, beach shops, bars and a number of places to eat and dine. Just outside the main part of the village is The Point, hosting leisure facilities, golf, dining and a barber.
Trebetherick itself plays host to a local Farm shop, a hairdresser, Flo's Kitchen - Deli, Bakery and general store, where you can eat in or grab a tasty takeaway; The Mowhay for great dining and The St.Moritz which has a Cowshed Spa, numerous leisure facilities and a restaurant.

On the ground floor is a large double bedroom with a cot. A family bathroom with corner bath. Utility room. Open plan kitchen, dining room, lounge area, and a delightful sun room.
Step outside to the garden and patio area, with a table and seating for al fresco dining, family time and enjoying the view.
The property benefits from a ramp with handrails for accessibility to the front of the property.
There is ample parking for 3 cars, and the garden is enclosed for child safety.
External security cameras to the sides and rear of the property.
House rules:
Please respect my property and it's contents and leave them clean and tidy. Extra cleaning is chargeable.
Well behaved dogs are welcome, by prior arrangement only. Maximum of 2. Extra charges apply. They must be kept of the furniture and beds and must not be left in the house on their own. Any waste must be picked up and put inside black bin bags and not loose in the bins.
Family bookings only. No over night guests. No more than 8 sleeping, exception for the use of our cot. The property is for the sole use of the guests booked to stay, and not for anyone else that may be staying in the vicinity.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Guests are required to make up their own beds on arrival, and strip the linen (leaving protective covers in place) before departure.
Beach and pet towels are not provided.
Please use the outside shower for washing off sand, wet-suits and pets, and leave outside items, eg. wet-suits, boards, buckets, spades, bicycles, etc. outside.

Before departure please -
Strip linen off the beds.
Make sure all cookware, utensils are thoroughly clean, dry and put away.
All rubbish including pet waste is picked up and bagged inside black bin bags and placed in the bins outside the house. Please don't put loose rubbish in the bins.
Recycling is correctly sorted in the appropriate bags.
