We love our house because it is all brand new from the floors on up! We are loving being in an up-and-coming neighborhood and watching Waco come back to life! We are just a couple blocks to Magnolia and just a few blocks across the freeway from Baylor and around the corner from lots of food. We love the location because it is so convenient and easy to find what you need. We love the feeling in our home because it is warm and inviting and a great place to unwind with people you love! This cute cottage is just a stone’s throw to the Magnolia buildings and a short walk to lots of shops & restaurants. The owner was easily accessible for questions. Although this home is situated in an older, transition neighborhood, we felt perfectly safe and cozy.

So adorable and a great location!
This property is so incredibly cute, comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. Everything was awesome, and we really enjoyed our stay. The host, Angie, was super communicative and the location cannot be beat; we were literally a few minutes away from the Magnolia grounds, the Fixer Upper castle, Hotel 1928, and Magnolia Table.
