Around the corner from Magnolia’s Hillcrest Estate, Lu’s Place is a charming brick colonial in a tree-lined, quiet neighborhood that you’ll have all to yourself. Dine in with a fully-equipped kitchen or enjoy refreshments on the gorgeous patio. 3 TVs for streaming your favorites and all the amenities.

Great for kids and pets, Lu's Place features a large fenced backyard, pack n play (just ask), playhouse and lots of balls!

The space
Lu’s Place sleeps 6 adults comfortably in the three bedrooms. A pack n play, couch and queen air mattress allow for up to 8 adults and two child (though really more comfortable for 6 people and under).

Great family home!
This is a great home to book for a family! We stayed with our 2 young kids and our dog, and there was ample space for everyone! The backyard is fenced in, which is was really nice that we could bring our dog. There are also kid toys and activities in the home which was a nice plus. The home was clean, and spacious. The only thing of note is that some of the vertical blinds are missing/broken on the windows, so with young kids, consider bringing your own blackout curtains. Overall, highly recommend this home for a Waco stay!

Four adults from 2 cities, perfect place. 2 bedrooms, each w/ private bath-just perfect. House was very clean, lots of towels, excellent kitchen, comfortable living area, and quiet patio/yard. Just what we hoped
We needed a place to stay with our 2 adult children for a few nights on family business. The floor plan was really nice. Everything had their own area of privacy but also a nice open common area to visit. The host was great and everything was as easy as could be. Definitely would recommend this home.

Magnolia Attractions
My wife is a big fan of Magnolia. We visited Waco for her birthday and to visit the Silos. Our VRBO was located just minutes from the sites we wanted to see. Nice and clean. Accommodated 6 adults. Quiet neighborhood. And pets were allowed. Overall very happy with our stay.

The home is super cute with a big backyard & pet friendly! There are nice touches throughout the house and everything you need to stay! The homeowners are so accommodating and the directions to stay and clean up were so easy and I minimal. A lovely home in Waco!

Great size and location
The house was perfect place to stay for the race. We were 6 minute drive from the race start and 10 minutes from the village. We had what we needed in the kitchen for keeping nutrition on track for the race. There was plenty of space for 5 of us inside and out. The neighborhoods was quiet.

Fabulous property
We are a multi generational family that needed a home with easy walk in shower and no steps. The beds were accessible as are the bathrooms and showers. Lots of books and toys for my 8 year old and several younger toys for small ones. Easy distance to local attractions and very clean. The hosts were excellent and I appreciated them.

Excellent Property
This was a perfect house for our brief stay in Waco to attend a Law School Graduation. It was clean, perfectly equipped, comfortable, and spacious. Both my husband and I and my parents got rooms with king beds and my son had a nice queen bed. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I will use it again if we visit Waco.

Perfect house near Magnolia!
We spent three days at this lovely location, attending a graduation at Midway High School and visiting relatives. A storm had gone through Waco as we were approaching and the power went out. But our lovely hostess alerted us to the situation and then let us know as soon as the power was restored. The house was immaculate and entry was easy. Our hostess was available each day although we had no need of assistance. I certainly recommend this house to a family or small group staying together. We way well return to it!
