We loved this property - the house was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything you would need. It was also close to everything. Cozy cottage is the perfect name for this place!! Beds are comfortable and space is plentiful! Kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. Host communicates wonderfully and I’m confident if we needed anything she would take care of our request. Not necessary because the house had everything we needed.

We had an enjoyable weekend staying in this property. Cottage itself was quaint and cozy with all of the perks of home. Close proximity to the Baylor campus. While the location is residential and a bit older it was quiet and not lots of traffic. Would have been nice to have a half bathroom on the lower level. That would be my only improvement. Otherwise an all together great stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay when you are in Waco. Exactly like the listing and pictures. Immaculate! The neighborhood was quiet and it was conveniently located to everything-the Silos, Baylor Campus, Restaurants, Cameron Park, etc. Maggie was amazing start to finish and made the home very welcoming and even included a bottle of wine for our stay! Such a nice touch!

I was initially worried about the area of town where this house was located but my MIL and SIL loved the house. When I was assured by the owner that the neighborhood was safe I felt much better. The owner definitely went out of her way to ensure a great stay.

The property was close to Magnolia, Heritage Homestead and Baylor. The decor was cute and the house had everything we could have asked for. We would highly recommend this property. It would be perfect if you were coming for a football weekend or as we did, for a girl's trip.
