"The absence of customer-facing people is a problem. I tried to get check-in instructions by emailing in advance, and calling the Penzion, but only got them on the day of my arrival. My room was separated from its wc and shower by a corridor which also led to the office. The curtain was coming off the curtain rail and the curtain rail was coming off the wall. "The room was listed with A/C and it was my main reason to book it. But it was not any A/C. We could not sleep well during hot summer night. We slept with open windows. It was loud music from nearest night club and someone was smoking and talking in front of our window. I would never stay at the place ever again."

"Wir waren als 3 köpfige Familie vor Ort. Ab dem ersten Tag habe ich mehrmals täglich versucht die fehlenden Handtücher oder auch Duschtücher zu bekommen. Nach 1 Tag bekamen wir für 3 Personen 2 kleine Handtücher. Die Duschtücher haben wir nie erhalten. Die Angestellten wirken eher uninteressiert an den Bedürfnissen der Kunden. Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, aber sauber. Fernseher vor Ort, jedoch funktioniert dieser nicht, da 2 Steckdosen gebraucht werden, es aber nur eine gibt....

"Pleasant hotel for a short stay, the room was spacious, clean and quiet (perfect after a long day). Location is out of the city area but serviced very well by the public bus service. If staying here, make sure you have everything you need before you arrive, I didn't find any shops locally. Miriam (the Owner) was hospitable, and able to advise on local transport links and places to spend the evenings. If passing through Brno and want a quiet, relaxing place to stay, try here."
