The bathroom had tiles falling off. The shower head had be fastened with a plastic. Even better we had no hot water.

I paid for the room and called them twice to confirm my booking however they gave our room away and placed us in a 1 star lodge with a dirty bathroom

It was okay just for one night of sleep. But the the shower and basin were leaking and there was always a pool of water after showering.

Not a pleasing experience
The least you guys could have done was to clean the room. Thats just the least I booked prior that its for 2 people, but we find 1 towel and half a toilet paper. Try to prepare the room before people check in.

The reception lady could be more helpful. Customer service ettiquette is required, not tell me that they can't accept my email confirmation unless they receive it on their email and telling me to wait, was rather rude. In contrast the gentleman, who assisted with opening the gates, came to my assistance.

My online booking wasnt found when I originally booked and received an email confirmation. called into venue to confirm and a manual booking was kept on arrival. So we did not benefit from the Hotel mobile online booking. Only one pillow each. Abit uncomfortable. But you can expect anything from a 3 star rating.

It was a good service. I enjoyed the hospitality, the warm greeting and I was treated with respect and appreciation. However the duvet had a stain on the inside, maybe it was burnt by the iron but it didn't make me feel well.
