Only comment would be the gym felt small for the size of hotel with no dedicated 'floor area' inside for mat based workouts but plenty of weights machines on offer. Part of the Navarino coast development, guests can access restaurants, golf courses, activities etc. also in associated hotels. The beach was lovely and the space did not feel crowded. Calm waters, as in a fairly protected bay. The towns of Gialova and Pylos offer more traditional Greek dining and plenty of upmarket and international cuisine restaurants in the nearby area through the Navarino network. "
