"i booked this hotel for my brother and his wife at the last minute when they checked in the staff was not very friendly and wifi did not work during the whole stay they complained many times but was not sorted room was not clean paid lot of money for this room it is very expensive not value for money very dis pointed "

I booked 2 rooms in this hotel for my family and when they reached this property, the hotel staff was refusing to allow entry giving the reason that this property has been marked as illegal and they can’t allow anyone to stay. Secondly, i paid for breakfast buffet for 2 days stay and there was no breakfast buffet in hotel. When my family insisted then the hotel staff just gave them few bread pieces in their room. I am surprised why expedia is allowing this hotel...
