"I did really enjoy my two weeks at Villa Oreastro. To start with the hosts Johanna and Rob, very friendly and supportive - I really felt being in good hands. The the environment with villages taverns, easy access to wonderful bays and swimming spots. There’s a lot to discover and enjoy. And not to forget the cats dogs the parrot and many more. "Very idyllic, very calm, in the middle of nature. On warm days we enjoyed the pool very much. The surrounding nature is really nice and the nearby villages as well. It takes around 20 minutes by car to beaches which are well suited for small children. We enjoyed the stay!"

"Fotis was very helpful and welcoming. The pool and surroundings were immaculate and well-maintained. The studio was comfortable and well equipped with some thoughtful welcoming touches. The balcony was sunny and pleasant but overlooked a busy road with associated traffic noise. We hadn't realised it was more than walking distance (for us!) to amenities so it was necessary to drive everywhere. For that reason alone we are unlikely to return but it is a good base for touring the locality."

"We celebrated my husband’s 80th birthday during our stay. We loved the apartment it worked well for 2 couples. The climb up the hill was challenging but we managed, the view from the deck was worth the climb. If you want a cab you need to phone them, you cannot stop at their street side office and ask for a ride. The supermarkets in town are great but if you are looking for fresh meat you need to go to the next town, south west of Almyrida. We took the taxi and our driver was great, he waited...

"Very quaint and the views are stunning. A little off the beaten path but absolutely worth the climb up the hill. Host is accessible and the apartment is very clean. Treats and fruit were avaible upon our arrival and much appreciated after a long day of travel. Some good authentic greek restaurants in walking distance or just 1 min drive from the apartment. Highly recommend booking this location when planning a trip to Crete! Again the views are amazing!!!"

"Our family and friends enjoyed the beautiful view and pool. Frankie and the housekeepers are super helpful, attentive and friendly. Be prepared for the mosquitos as they are relentless.
