Über der Wohnung ist die Dachterrasse und Wohnung der Familie. Die Decke ist nicht sonderlich Schall-Isoliert, so dass man den kleinen Mann mit dem Bobby Car fahren gehört hat und man auch Schritte hört. Wem das stört, sollte sich eine andere Wohnung suchen. "Als wir ankamen, fanden wir eine dreckige Wohnung vor. Die alte Bettwäsche war noch drauf, Wohnung unordentlich, Küche, Böden und Bad, Kühlschrank unsauber und überall noch private Sachen verteilt. Wir konnten unsere Sachen nicht auspacken, da die Kleiderschränke mit privater Kleidung belegt war. Die Fenster gingen in zwei Schlafzimmern nicht zu öffnen.
