"There were so many problems from the check-in to the last day and never once was any of my messages either written on WhatsApp or through Expedia or my phone calls ever Returned for anything there is absolutely no way to use the kitchen there are no utensils no dishes no pots and pans this is a joke I complained so many times about the noise coming from another apartment where they were blasting music at all hours of the night and not once was I ever contacted by this management company do not...

"Excellent front office staff, very polite and helpful. Comfortable, spacious room, modern and very clean at arrival. Minor improvements (i.e. sink almost blocked) would make it perfect. Soundproof, you could hear nothing from adjoining rooms or corridor. Close to the city center (10-15 min walk). Only minus was that during a 3 night stay the room was never cleaned, even though I have placed the relevant request on the door handle (only the garbage were collected) "
