From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the most courteous front desk staff, a testament to the hotel's exceptional leadership. Every aspect of my stay was truly delightful. The breakfast spread was nothing short of spectacular—fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully curated to start the day on a high note. The rooms were spacious, immaculate, and elegantly designed, providing the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Beyond its remarkable hospitality, the hotel maintains an air of timeless sophistication, making every guest feel welcomed and cherished. If there’s one small suggestion I’d offer, it would be to consider adding CNN International and Bloomberg TV to the available channels, as they were not in service during my stay. Overall, Hotel Moskva is an exceptional destination for any traveler seeking a luxurious and memorable experience in Belgrade. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning soon!"

"I recently stayed at the Moxy Belgrade, and the experience was nothing short of unforgettable. The night team—Dimitrije, Marko, and Nika—were absolutely incredible. Their energy, professionalism, and genuine care made my stay exceptional. I travel for work 3-4 times a month, spending around 170 nights a year in hotels, and I’ve never encountered a better team than these three. The hotel itself is fantastic—modern, vibrant, and perfectly located. The 24-hour bar is a great touch, ideal for a nightcap after a busy day. To top it off, we even accidentally left my mother’s Hermès handbag behind, and the team went above and beyond to ensure it was safely returned to us. Truly a class act! If I had one critique, it’s that the beds were a bit too firm for my liking, and a staff member from the morning team called with an odd request that didn’t sit well with me. But that small hiccup was far outweighed by the amazing service from the rest of the team. The food, the atmosphere, and the incredible staff, especially Dimitrije, Marko, and Nika, made this one of my most memorable stays. I’ll definitely be returning!"
