"The setting is absolute lovely, especially the huts floating over the water. The staff is so kind and wants to make everyone happy. The nearby area is not walkable but we hired Naveen for a local tour day and had the BEST time! He was knowledgeable and fun and took us to the all the local flavor hot spots ... including a mud bath and hot springs! Naveen is known by hotel staff so ask for him if you want a local day away from the resort. Bula Bula!"

"We had a great relaxing stay at the facility. There is only a couple of things I woud point out. As a new shanghai la member, i wasnt aware that i was entitled to discount at the restaurant. And even though I gave the front desk my number on the receipt system at the restaurant the discount didnt appear. I only became aware when i checked out. "Wd love the spaciousness of the Vilkas but it’s clear they’re next on the list for an overhaul. Whilst still good for a family there are signs of the rooms needing repairs. Both our phones in our villa did not work hence we had to walk our luggage over to the Sheraton, we were missing pieces of blind (like pieces snapped off) there was constant construction noise from the Weston and re-cabling in nearby rooms. "All the staff were so lovely and helpful. Unfortunately, I did get food poisoning but a staff member took me to the local medical centre and I got some medication which fixed it quickly. Other than this, it is a perfect escape for families/couples. If you are looking to do more island hopping it might be a bit far, but we found some fun activities near the property. "

"Our stay was excellent, as the front desk staff were all super friendly and helpful. Someone checked on us daily to make sure everything was ok, and booking tours was super easy and we were always picked up on time. The amenities were great…. "Our one bedroom apartment was spacious for two. Amenities (cutlery / crockery) were adequate. The entire facility was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Had a laundry service available (10 F$ for a large load), and provided a rack for drying. The bar and restaurant were good with quite an extensive Indian / Thai menu - enjoyed all meals. Wine store on hand (Indulge), and the Crab Shack is just 10m walk down the road (recommended). Would definitely stay again."
