"We had a wonderful time at this house. There were only two of us but it can definitely accommodate a larger group. The house was just what we envisioned when looking to find a place in this area and it was just as pictured. Pascal and I believe his wife met us when we arrived and showed us around / gave us a tour of the house and property. The area seemed very centrally located to various day trips we wanted to take in the loire valley. This was a great house - we would definitely stay here...

"We had an amazing visit to the heart of the Loire Valley. This is a beautifully renovated old building in the quaint old village of Larcay. A 2 minute walk to the river or an amazing little restaurant called Les Planchettes. Easy access to Tours and the many castles and vineyards in the area. It feels like travelling back in time but with all of the modern amenities. Thanks to Sylvain and Adele for everything, including the welcome bottle of delicious Vouvray! Highly recommended."

"The house is located pretty much outside any urban noises which was exactly what we wanted. The setting of the house is very well designed. Plenty of space for sports, games, swimming in the lovely swimming pool. Overall, we had a great time staying there. We'll probably book it again in future. "

"The property was well equipped, there were 2 excellent on-suite bedrooms. The local information provided was very helpful. It is very convenient for Chenonceau. My key number one criteria on selecting a property was 3 bedrooms for 3 adults. The property is listed as 3 bedrooms however on arrival we found that it was 2 bedroom with a sofa bed in the living/kitchen/dining room. The sofa bed was one of the most uncomfortable that I have ever slept on. My wife is not usually bothered by noise but...

"The owners are lovely people, we had a very welcome bedding and towels change during our two weeks stay which gave that hotel feel.The beds are comfortable and bedrooms lovely and a well equipped kitchen(although no scissors or tin opener). its a beautiful place. "What a great holiday we had at this lovely gîte. It is spacious and extremely well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden is lovely and has a plenty to keep everyone of all ages occupied, including table tennis, zip line, boules and the pool. A big attraction are the animals which you can help look after, a pony, goats and some chickens. A great find and we hope we can stay there again!"
