"We had a really good stay. Room was a good size and perfectly clean. We had breakfast one morning which was of a good quality. Our only gripe was that we were only offered one key. Reception offered for us to leave with them but that didn’t help when one person went to bed early as it meant we had to bother reception to let us in as our friend had the key in the room after letting himself in. Upgraded to a river view room on arrival and we found a bottle of Prosecco and glasses in the room when we returned to the room from a walk. The restaurant for breakfast was a met down as it was really slow (we waited for 45 minutes for scrambled egg on toast). Some toast came out after 20 mins (which I ate!) followed by a plate of egg nearly half an hour later. Annoying watching other couples who walked in after us getting served...
