"A lot of sport facilities, nice place for family with children"

"Moc milý hostitel, velmi dobrá komunikace, podrobné informace o městě a okolí, skvělé tipy na výlety. Apartmán byl čistý, prostorný, plně vybavený, fotografie odpovídají realitě. Poměr ceny a kvality ubytování je vyvážený. Co se týká lokality, jedná se o klidnou část města v blízkosti místního trhu a různých obchodů, cca 20-30 min. chůze od centra. Mám ale zcela nevyhovovala. I když nám dojíždění na pláž nevadilo (cca 15 min. autem) a počítali jsme s tím, chyběla nám vždy po příjezdu z pláže do...

"Three of us stayed in Cord's apartment for a week in Peroj. The apartment was in a wonderful location, not only for the view but also for the perfect central hub to see all in the Istrian peninsula that we wanted to see. Having the washer in the unit was a much appreciated amenity along with a well appointed kitchen. "Very helpful reception to help us get to the room as there are no car allowed. A taxi is required to get to the area as they are allowed. Very cute room and close to food and the ferry to Venice!"

"Nice apartment, clean, with huge living room and a terrace. We spent there a week with friends. Hosts were very helpful, check-in&check-out was smooth, communication in English and German. Beach approx. 1km was no issue, since we brought our bicycles with us. Overall superb impression!"

Allerdings ist Fazana nur ein sehr kleiner Ort, dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein. Nach Pula, der nächst größeren Stadt, sind es circa 8 km. "We stayed for 1 week in August. The location of the apartment is perfect. We took bikes with us, so we could comfortable explore Rovinj and the beaches. From the balcony the sunset is breath taking. "

"Fabulous location right in the heart of Porec. The apartment was updated and open and clean. We have a great stay. Only recommendation would be a bit more check in and out detail (we thought the first level you walked up to was the second floor and a map or directions to the trash would have been helpful). "Kleine Wohnung mit ausreichend Schlafplatz, im Übrigen alles da was man für die kurze Dauer braucht. Bis zum Strand muss man einwenig sportlich sein, aber dafür wird man mit schönen Plätzen in üppiger Auswahl belohnt. Ein Sternabzug für Meeresblick, da man dies aus unseren 5 Personen Apartment nur teils bewundern durfte. Dafür hatten wir immer ein süßen Katzenbesuch auf dem Balkon. "This is not a new apartment. But the owner maintained the room clean. The room was decorated with some sewing stuffs (guessing owner family’s hobby)😊 While it has shadow, we enjoyed coffee time at a balcony in the morning. We could use a parking lot in front of the apartment and walked to center of Rovinj (took about 20min+, it was dark in the night). Overall, we had good stays here."

"The apartment was very welcoming and exactly as described. Very spacious and clam, with a shared pool and close to Rovinj. Everything was clean and thoughtfully decorated, with personal touches from the very helpful and kind owners. The kitchen is well equipped, but note that none of the ‘basic cooking ingredients’ like oil or salt are available in the flat. "

"I can’t say this enough, the service at this hotel is top of the line. We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. They truly showed understanding and compassion throughout our stay. The amenities provided at Grand Park are the best I’ve seen in Croatia and would highly recommend. The view into the city of Rovinj is also incredible. The one item that I would suggest as an improvement is that it is clear the hotel is seeing some wear and tear that comes with its usage. Things like scuffs on hallways and dirt in certain parts of the hotel. This is my second time staying here and will definitely be coming back."

"We only spent one night here, but loved every minute of it. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. We didn’t realize that a champagne apertivo, breakfast, and brunch was included, which was a wonderful surprise. There are many excellent dining and wine options within easy walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel resort as an option for a stay in Porec. "
