"This place is simply FANTASTIC! The minute you walk in, Velo warmly welcomes you as if you were part of the family. His mom Tatiana’s cooking is simple, authentic and absolutely delicious. The rooms are basic yet spacious, comfortable and super clean. Make sure to ask for the house barrel aged Raki, as smooth and luscious as a drink can get. Situated at short drive (30ish minutes) from the airport, I highly recommend as I first stop once you land in Albania… or a last night before going back...

"Clean and comfortable hotel with a lovely pool. Great shower and comfy bed. Great location to walk to Abaia vineyard where we did wine tasting and had lunch which was delicious. We had a couple issues with the rooms and the staff were really helpful to try to get the issue resolved. The fridge wasn’t working in our first room so they quickly moved us to an alternative but then the balcony door wouldn’t open in the second room. They ended up giving us access to both rooms. "

"We stayed for 3 nights at the apartments, on arrival the room was clean with everything we needed as a family of 5, the hosts had recognised this and made up all the additional beds for us! Lovely stay at the hotel

"Had a lovely stay at the Hotel Mondial for a weekend in November. Got the family room with two rooms which had their own main door which was perfect for our requirements. Rooms were very spacious and clean and had a lovely sized balcony. Breakfast included - although sometimes a little cold. "
