"Highly recommend to anyone interested in experiencing genuine Bavarian gemütlichkeit in a convenient location near Munich. The rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable with modern bath fixtures. The food we ate in the gasthaus was fantastic, and if you're lucky enough to eat there on a Sunday you'll love the delicious desserts that are available, to include my favorite German kuchen, bienenstich. The Munchener schnitzel is worth a trip back by itself! The staff at this family-run gasthaus is very friendly, attentive, and are fluent in English for those of us that only speak a smattering of Deutsch. My wife, as well as the other couple we were traveling with, had no previous experience staying in a German gasthaus. We enjoyed our stay so much that we wanted to extend our stay, however, there was no availability of rooms. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Landhotel and Gasthaus Wiedmann!"

"We all LOVED our stay at Stephan's house! The views out to the yard and field are beautiful. There's a little balcony off the main bedroom which was really nice. The place was spacious and very well equipped with everything that we needed. We stayed at the property for a weekend and made our way into Munich during the day and the little town was so nice to come home to. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for having us Stephan :)"

"This hotel was clean, modern, and had all we needed for our stay in Munich. A definite plus is the short walk to a Lidl grocery store and even shorter walk to train. No need for a car to get into and around the city. Teh neighborhood is quiet and peaceful for a good night's rest. "

"The lady on reception was very nice, we arrived a bit early and she had only just received the booking. Our room wasn't ready. So we went next door to the Italian Restaurant/Pizzeria. When we returned she was chasing for our room to be finished. Pleasant room, Eurosport available on TV. Huge variety of food at breakfast, nicely laid out. The only thing could comment on was the carpet in the lift was a bit tatty. My partner found the railing outside the door to little balcony hadn't been cleaned. "
