Isolated villa but with outstanding views and peace and quiet
You have to travel down a gravel track for 2 1/2 km before you arrive at the villa, which is adjacent to a working farm. The villa was exceptionally clean although a bit old fashioned by our standards. However, the beds were comfortable although not all the beds were made up, and we couldn't get sheets for a couple of days. The villa is arranged on 2 floors, the top mirroring the ground floor, which has a living room/dining/kitchen, two double bedrooms and a shower room. Kitchen area is a bit small, but there is also a BBQ area and outside dining. Good size pool with plenty of loungers and deck chairs, all set nicely in lovely grounds, with good views. Enjoyed our stay here, and the isolation does give you solitude. The city of Volterra is about 10 km distant, so not too far for the supermarkets and shops. Would recommend a stay here.

Wir sind heute von unserem Toscana Urlaub entspannt zurückgekommen und waren mit dieser Villa sehr zufrieden. Der 2,6km lange Schotterweg hat uns zuerst erschrocken aber man hat sich schnell daran gewöhnt. Man ist abgelegen und es war der perfekte Ort um unsere Kinder springen zu lassen und selbst abzuschalten. Der Pool hat unsere Erwartungen von der Größe her weit übertroffen. Die Besitzer sind eine wirklich nette und zuvorkommende Familie die alles tun das es einem gut geht. Dafür Danke.

Super Haus mit viel Grund und ein großes Swimmingpool
Wir waren zu acht Erwachsene und 2 Kinder ( 5 Jahre und 5 Monate) und haben das Haus sehr genossen, besonders das Swimmingpool. Viel Platz zum Spielen. Ein schöner Urlaub zum entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Leider ist der Weg zum Haus eine ca. 2,6km Schotterstrasse. Die Autos sahen dementsprechend dreckig aus. Die Restaurants in der Gegend waren weit. Ca. 5 - 12 km entfernt. Die nächste grössere Stadt ist Volterra (12km) und San Gimignano (22km). Da die Strassen sehr kurvenreich sind, braucht man entsprechend Zeit dazu.
