"The room was adorable and there were a few very cute nearby cafes and restaurants. There were a few things that posed minor annoyances, however; there was no handsoap in the bathroom, working out a self-check-in over the phone included several technological issues, the AC rattled nearby wall hangings and had to be turned off to sleep, and there was no continental breakfast despite the booking stating otherwise."

The website says that they have shuttle to the airport for a surcharge, from previous reviews it looked like it was around 25$ - I was charged 61 euros as they told me it was 50 euros for shuttle(taxi) and extra 11 euros for tax as I was paying by credit card. "The property was nice. In a nice quiet suburb. Only a 20 minute public transport ride to Venice. We got one bedroom in a three bed apartment. Each bedroom locks. There is a shared bathroom and dining room. The bed was super comfy. My only qualm with the place was that the door to get into the apartment was a bit difficult to open. The host was also super wonderful! Great place for the price you pay."

"This isn’t actually a hotel. It’s an old walk up apartment in a lousy area. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen. The area is not good (drug addicts hanging out in the park down the street). It’s fine if you’re trying to save money and not stay directly in Venice. But I don’t know not recommend otherwise"

It is standard to submit ID at accommodation in Italy. We were sent details of our room the day before arrival. This worked well. We had booked the budget room, which was on the ground floor. "It’s a lovely property which has been newly renovated good amenities. It’s in walking distance from mestre station making it easy and cheap to get into Venice. Would recommend and stay again. "

"I booked the Easy Downtown Inn and only when I arrived did the host tell me that the place was not available and took me to another accomodation that I would have never booked on my own. No discount was given for the inconvenience and I had to share the area with another family which I did not intend to do."
