"Arrived to find we couldn't get into the complex, drove around the perimeter, wasted quite a lot of time. In the end we had to book another hotel. Obviously costs involved "

"Had to move rooms which was inconvenient; booked 2 nights, was not able to change booking after I booked the first night. Had to do a separate booking and they insisted that I move rooms. Did not make sense (since they had to clean twice) but what do I know. "

"Das Konzept ist top keine Frage. Allerdings war der Kühlschrank sehr laut im Zimmer und in der Dusche war der Wasserdruck gering, so dass man mit einer Löwenmähne Schwierigkeiten hatte das Shampoo aus den Haaren zu bekommen. Aber sonst einwandfrei und sauber und die Küchenausstattung hochwertig, auch war unser grosszügig. "
