Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private one-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor and features an open floor plan with modern kitchen, dining area, and a living room with 50” Smart TV.

Fully appointed modern kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. The bedroom is comfortably furnished with a luxury king-size tempurpedic bed with electric adjustable base, fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. A dedicated workspace is available, perfect for traveling students and professionals.

A queen-sized sleeper sofa with a memory foam topper is available for guests seeking additional sleeping accommodations. Stored in the closet is a queen size 4 inch foam and a memory foam futon foldable mattress.

Spacious living room includes 2 sectional comfy sofas (smaller sofa features double convertible with memory foam topper stored underneath), swing seat, board games, and free high-speed WiFi. Outdoor features include a patio with covered private garden seating area, 2 person swing, 1 person chair swing, monsterra and various plants, cafe table with chairs, onsite parking, and keyless access.
