We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Voiron, this charming flat renovated in 2022, at 10 minutes with feet of the station, of a surface of 45 m ² and being able to accomodate to 2 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift) in an art-deco building from the 1930s, it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The flat, facing west and very bright, is composed as follows
- An entrance with a cupboard
- A living room of 20 m² with TV and double sofa bed (140x190)
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- A bedroom with 1 king-size bed (180×200) and a wardrobe
- A bathroom (shower) and WC

Outside :
- A 2m² balcony with a side table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful days.

The flat is ideally located in the centre of Voiron, in a dead end street. Several good restaurants and bars as well as various shops are within walking distance. There is a superb market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings to buy good produce.

- Lac de Charavines and Paladru 10 minutes away by car.
- Lake Aigueblette is 30 minutes away.
- La Vouise and its beautiful forest at 15 minutes by foot.
- Grenoble is 20 minutes away by train or car.
- Lyon is 45 minutes by car and 1 hour by train.
- A multitude of mountain walks less than an hour away by car (Cirque de Saint Même, Chartreuse, ...).
- Ski resorts between 25 minutes and 1 hour by car.
- Visit of the Chartreuse wine cellars less than 10 min away by foot.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation. Easy and free parking in the street and in the Lidl car park located a few metres from the flat.

- Nearest airport: Grenoble airport 25.5 kilometres (25 minutes by car), Lyon airport 72.5 kilometres (48 minutes by car)
